What if the parcel recipient is not at home when you deliver the parcel?
A:
Our customer service will contact the recipient to notify. However, we provide 2x free re-delivery attempt. Shall the parcel still fail to be delivered, we will return the parcel to its origin.

Does your published rate include VAT?

Our published rate is exclusive of VAT.

Do you provide tracking?
A:
Yes, we provide a 24/7 tracking service for your shipping convenient. Simply type in your tracking ID in our homepage to obtain the status of your shipment.
Q:
What is my tracking ID?
A:
You can track your shipment by using your order number, Delivery Note (DN), Delivery Order (DO) or if you do not have one, we will provide the tracking number for you.
Q:
What if my parcel is damage or lost during shipping?
A:
RCL is subjected to liability of 10 times of transportation charge or max IDR 1.000.000,- per parcel in any cases of loss or damage. However we also offer additional insurance for higher liability. Please email us for more information.
